The reason I finally decided to try them was they had deep frying directions on the back, which is what I planned to do with them, and some stuff just doesn't deep fry very well. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to try these, I stood there for 45 seconds trying to decide, since they're relatively expensive at over $12 for a 3 pound bag, and I wasn't sure if they'd be worth it.
